Yes, churches can be tough places to work, but I would hope that if things ever get this bad, I MIGHT get a clue that I was not wanted.  Then again, maybe this guy gets serious creativity points for strategic job retainment.

A congregation meeting gone awry drew numerous Metro police officers to
Jackson Street Missionary Baptist Church Saturday evening when an
ongoing dispute between church members and the pastor erupted into an
angry confrontation.

After asking the pastor to step aside, the church had the locks changed
but Bryant changed them again and is now the only individual with a
