Ever since I was a child, I have wanted to be Speed Racer: jumping over canyons, navigating dangerous terrain and yeah, having a chimpanzee in my entourage. And while I don’t QUITE have a chimpanzee in my life, my life often feels like an off-road race as I joyfully bounce around the terrain of faith, politics and life. Wouldn’t have it any other way. As I live this adventure, if we happen to be in the same place at the same time, I would love to connect. Below are ways to connect, meet-up and otherwise be a part of the race.

I will prob post pictures along the way, so if you want to keep up be sure to Like my Facebook Page.

[dropcap]5[/dropcap] May 3-5: Church Planters Academy, Minneapolis - I am not big on most “how to” events for churches, but here’s an event that I am part of that will more of a “how we’ve done this” kind of thing. If you have ever thought about starting a church, but have been a tad bit suspicious of who has done it in the past, this in an event that you should consider. There are some folks presenting that I greatly respect ecclesiastical and theologically as they have started church of all stripes. You can check out past columns HERE and if you want to add your thoughts to the next column, “To Lectionary or Not To Lectionary” column, see the Facebook Page Thread.
[dropcap]7[/dropcap] 2012: Other events and future bookings - I will be at a variety of other events this year: online, in print and in person so I hope to see/connect soon. If there is an event where you think I might offer something helpful to your community, I am always open to talking. To see if something will work out, please START HERE for more info.
[dropcap]*Y[/dropcap]es, I realize that I am publicizing the fact that we will not be at home, but really, I am not that hard to track. Plus, once you break in and discover there is nothing worth stealing, you just may be overcome with a profound need to organize the pile of life that is our apartment. You have been warned.
