Shameless, just shameless

Okay, so I know my readership has gone up dramatically over the past month, so apologies if you feel duped by the post title into thinking you were going get some juicy, vitriolic diatribe, sorry.  Bad blog reader for thinking such things existed on my blog ;-)

Nope, just hoping folks will help our group of Presbyterian Churches in San Francisco get qualified for a big table at the SF AIDS Walk coming up on the 20th of July.  Because last year, pretty much everyone went, this year we are moving church to the walk where we will share in fellowship, walking for a good cause and yummy BBQ!

So . . . even if you can't make it, but would like to be part of the team, we could use your help by registering anyways.  Despite our constant pleas, we have a bunch of people who show up to walk without registering so, your presence will be real through another.  Spirit filled I tell ya!

SF AIDS Walk 2008

Love the logo for this years walk.  So . . . i am not sure if i will actually get to walk this year, but if you really want to make the baby Jesus giggle you will consider doing one or two things:

• Register yourself, friends, family, neighbor or stranger in the check-out line to walk.  In order to qualify for a larger able and stand our amongst the BAZILLION walkers, we need to register a ton of people for our "Presbyterians Fight AIDS" team.  JOIN UP TODAY!

• DONATE some duckets.  You can sponsor me me me me or the general team.
