Like bloggers really have any right to complain, but shouldn’t people get your permission before publishing your pic on something that is actually in print? I feel so violated, can’t they just let me be! Those meddlesome Presbyterians!
Of course, it is not that big of a deal, but a few folks have emailed me asking if I was going to be at this event. I am not, but thought it deserves a plug.

For the first time in quite some time all the offices in Evangelism and Witness/Church Growth will join forces to reach out to the church with a focus on various perspectives of evangelism. There will be dynamic speakers, and workshops with time for discussion. We need to hear from the people in the pews. What does it mean to serve as a witness to others? How can we better serve you in your efforts? Mark your calendars for August 31-September 3. This will be an event you will not want to miss.
If you’ve ever attended a training event or national conference from the Evangelism program are you won’t want to miss this one, which will include: Small, Rural, Urban Ministries; Mission Development, Multicultural Ministries, New Church Development, National Health Ministries, Congregational Transformation.
