Laura Mariko Cheifetz and I talk about recent SCOTUS decisions

Here is a little snippet of my @brcandfriends conversation with Laura Mariko Cheifetz after the most recent SCOTUS decisions. In this episode, we talk, rage, and inform about the definition and misconceptions of affirmative action, the challenges and disagreements within the Asian American Community, military exemptions, the impact of im/migration histories, college admissions, the model minority myth, solidarity with Black and Brown communities, and more. We also address the SCOTUS decisions about student loan debt forgiveness and LGBTQIA+ legal discrimination. It's a roller coaster, and neither of us will ever be able to run for office, but we hope it is helpful!

Honestly, I could not find a good section that was not laced with profanity (you have been warned) so here is a minute about rage, ranch, and ultimately why keep at this work!

The full-hour episode will be out on Monday, so be sure to subscribe to BRC & Friends wherever you put podcasts to put in your ears.
